NEW CD TO BENEFIT CROSSROADS HOUSE
Grace Walke and Kellsey Metzger are fourteen year old girls attending Hampton Academy Junior High School. They both began playing guitar a little more than a year ago, taking lessons at Music Makers in Hampton with teacher Robert McClung.
Last fall the girls set about a path that few young musicians just learning their craft go down. They began writing their own songs. Their work was so good that they were offered the chance to record with one of the areas finest producers, Mac Ritchey of Possum Hall Studio in Hampton Falls.
The girls decided to make their first project a charity effort. Deciding to donate all the profits of their new single "Little River Road" to Cross Roads House homeless shelter in Portsmouth.
The song, which is a tribute to their younger siblings, is a very fresh original blend of folk style rock and pop. The girl's angelic harmonies, melodic guitars and teenage charm can't help but warm the heart.

Rick Pickford of Widgetpix in Dover donated all of the albums artwork and photography. Copies will soon be available at Exeter Music, Bull Moose Music, Music Makers, and on the internet via CD Baby.
